Offices at the Centre provide opportunities for associated yet independent professionals to work synergistically. Shared facilities include networked backup and printing, a full kitchen/dining area and two bathrooms. With space for privacy and space to share ideas around the dining table, this is an ideal option for small businesses.
Green Shed Meeting and Seminar Venue
The Green Shed is a dedicated venue for seminars and meetings. The Seminar Room seats 20 at tables or 40 theatre style. The Board Room accomodates 12 around the table. With ample outdoor space for field demonstrations and practical workshops, it is the ideal venue for agricultural and horticultural extension and training, safety training and team building events.
Microfarm Research Fields
The Centre is situated on 4ha of Twyford silt loam soils. One of Hawke’s Bay’s highly fertile and well drained soil types, it is ideal for field research and demonstrations.
Accessibility
All buildings and facilities at the Centre are fully accessible with hard surfaces and ramping. However there is limited access in research and demonstration fields. Accessibility parking is central to all buildings.
